If you where down to your last $50 what would you do with it? Buy a good sturdy reliable jimmy bar ($47) and rob Paul ’13th richest man in Auckland’ Roches safe. There would never be money troubles again!!
If you had to bring three people (dead or alive) to a dinner party who would it be? Matty Kemmy- for his outrageous stories. David Caulfield and Emma Louise/Rhona. If things went well ‘The Bean’ could bring us to the tennis afterwards. Wink Wink Bean!!
Something most people don’t know about you: I used to be an alter boy…the wheels have came off the wagon since and I don’t think I will be walking the road to redemption anytime soon
If you had to be someone else within the club who would you be and why? Benny ‘waxi’ Adkin, not just for his trophy wife who’s very easy on the eye, but the fact that in his first year he stole the ladies hearts and earned the respect of his fellow teammates by putting creamy pints before his exams.. but don’t worry Benny, if you fail the exams, as we tell the ladies football team after they get beat in the championship. “THERES ALWAYS NEXT YEAR”
Something you want but do not have (yet)?: A size 8 stunner of a girlfriend that looks after me like Baz and Amanda.. but as Kate Bridger said its more likely I’ll be left on the shelf with James Byrne.. OUCH!!!
What I love most about playing for Celtic GFC? The ladies football team!!!! As David Caulfield said to me one night at training as he eyed up the ladies – ”Jay is a lucky man this year with all that talent” – but I knew by the way he was rubbing his hands, and the sparkle he had in his eye, that he wasn’t on about their football ability.. I suppose it’s better than Denis O’ Callagahan who said they were all “CAT”.
